Apartments
While most of the Playa Flamenca area is low rise
housing in the form of villas, duplexes and townhouses
there are a reasonable selection of apartments for sale
or rent. Almeda Del Mar are some of the most recent
apartment complex to be built and they are located on
the inland side of the N332.
The cost of apartments at Almeda Dell Mar varies because
some come with sea views and the internal ones with
garden and pool views. The higher the apartment the more
costly they are. Apartments with sea views will also
command a higher value for obvious reasons.
These are luxury apartments built by Gomendio the same
company that is currently building the quality and
highly sought after apartments at Punta Prima. The two
bedroom, two bathroom apartments are finished with
quality materials and come with parking spaces.
Other apartments can be found on smaller complexes that
the Alemeda Del Mar model They are normally 4 stories
and come inside lovely green communal areas with pool.
Prices are very reasonable and start at 110,000 euros up
to 200,000 euros for top penthouses with sea views and
roof solarium.
If you are buying for investment then I would do a lot
of market research to see which apartments hold their
value and also have the most rental potential. Playa
Flamenca is a very densely populated area so the amount
of properties for rent and sale at one time is quite
large.
My advice is to always look for quality and location.
These two aspects alone should secure your investment.
There is rental potential in the area due to Playa
Flamencas location to 4 blue flag beaches, local towns
such as Torrevieja, golf courses such as Villamartin and
the choice of two airports in Alicante and Murcia.
Before you buy an apartment at Playa Flamenca just
ensure that you do your homework soon. If you do it
should pay dividends later on should you decide to rent
or sell.
