Playa Flamenca Duplex Property
Some of the most common
forms of properties available at Playa Flamenca are
duplexes. These types of properties are very affordable
and are commonly purchased by people either with lower
budgets or second home buyers. This does not mean that
they are poor quality. Far from it, duplex houses can be
very comfortable and made into a lovely home on the
Costa Blanca.
With two houses built together duplexes do not offer you
complete privacy though do give you a little outside
floor space, something you do not get when you purchase
an apartment. You will generally have a small front
patio that is large enough to accommodate a small table
and chairs so you can take advantage of the morning or
afternoon sunshine depending on your geographic
location.
You will have a small front first floor terrace from the
bedroom though these are normally not large enough for
tables and chairs. In the rear you will have the back
patio where you can have barbecue and sunbathe and maybe
plant some small plants. You do not normally have a car
parking space so street parking is a must unless you
wanted to rent out a secure parking place from one of
the apartment owners at Playa Flamenca. These would
normally cost you around 4,000 euros per annum.
Your Playa Flamenca duplex would normally be on a
complex with shared pool and gardens. The payment for
this is from your administration fees which is normally
charged annually or bi-annually. The cost of lighting,
maintenance and sometimes security of the complex is
also covered by your administration fees. You will need
to make checks on the annual cost of these before you
commit to a property because they can differ from
urbanization to urbanization.
Duplexes are very common choices for home buyers at
Playa Flamenca generally due to the lower cost. They
make ideal first homes for people attracted to the Playa
Flemanca area and have a lower budget. They are readily
available so you can do a little market research into
the various styles and the locations to find the
