Your Playa Flamenca duplex would normally be on a complex with shared pool and gardens. The payment for this is from your administration fees which is normally charged annually or bi-annually. The cost of lighting, maintenance and sometimes security of the complex is also covered by your administration fees. You will need to make checks on the annual cost of these before you commit to a property because they can differ from urbanization to urbanization.

They make ideal first homes for people attracted to the Playa Flemanca area and have a lower budget.
