Playa Flamenca 2 Bed Villa
Townhouses in this area
have never been seen as a sound investment. Though you
would not normally lose money on a sale the market is
quite static so the valuation of your townhouse may stay
the same for a period.
It is always difficult to sell properties like these if
there are many similar ones for sale. To make a sale you
may have to make the property more appealing to the
buyer and the only way you are going to do this is to
reduce the price a little.
One of the best selling points to a property is the
complex or urbanization where it locates. This is where
you can have the advantage over other sellers and
something to look for if you are a buyer. I would do
some serious homework into the different complexes
available and you are looking for quality and security.
Don’t buy a property just because the agent tells you it
is a good complex to buy on. Do your own research and
talk to the locals if needed. You have to look to the
future when buying a property so you have many options
under different circumstances.
Helping to make a house a 'casa' through a new program
When Jenny Hughes went to work for Prudential Rand Realty four years ago, she was one of three or four agents in the New Windsor office who spoke Spanish. Today, she's one of eight or nine. Her Spanish-speaking clientele has grown in that time, too — though it hasn't quite doubled — thanks to a combination of marketing, word of mouth and a swelling tide of Latino newcomers. Roughly three-quarters of Hughes' clients are Hispanic. One in three of those speaks little or no English. "They'd have their children translating for them," said Hughes, herself the daughter of Puerto Rican immigrants. "They needed someone who could work with them, who could speak their language." It's that sort of thinking that led Prudential Rand to form a new division aimed at Hispanic home buyers and sellers.
