Playa Flamenca 3 Bedroom Penthouse
You will of course need
to have the right property at the right price to
accommodate though long leases are becoming very
popular.
Many retired couples come back to the region year after
year escaping from the northern European cold weather.
The attraction of long term out of season rental costs
in the Playa Flamenca area tempts many people back
annually. This a great situation for the property owners
who still have the prime June, July and August months to
sell to short term clients.
Playa Flamenca is a good place to make your home
providing you do your homework. If you do this then the
chances are it will pay dividends in the years to come.
Playa Flamenca on the Costa Blanca is blessed with a
variety of amenities. While most property buyers are
attracted to the region because of the diverse
nationalities, the community spirit and affordable
housing then others see the advantages of the locality
that Playa Flamenca sees itself in.
For beach lovers you will find the Playa Flamenca beach
is a place where you can spend a pleasant day on the
sand and in the sea it is also a place to walk in the
early evening.
A high euribor means home loans will increase by more than 900 ...
January is always a difficult month for the purse strings as the price of everything from the mortgage to a phone call undergoes its annual review and inevitably increases. This year the price of money is affected by the continued increase in the Euribor, which ended 2006 at 3.921 per cent, having suffered its greatest annual increase since it came into existence in 1999. This will inevitably take its toll on the pockets of home owners whose mortgages are up for renewal this January. The Spanish Mortgage Association (AHE) calculates that for a 25 year mortgage of between 125,000 and 145,000 euros, the increase in monthly installments will be between 80 and 90 euros, more than 900 euros a year. We can blame this rise on the consecutive increases the European Central Bank has applied to official interest rates which, since December 2005 have gone from two to 3.5 per cent.
