Playa Flamenca Apartment
You need to do some
general market research when looking to buy a villa at
Playa Flamenca. Have a look at the number of similar
properties that are on the market. If you follow the
market you will see how long it takes for this type of
villa to sell. If it takes a while then these properties
may not be the sound investment. Always look for the
more desirable properties if your budget allows. Buying
something that is always readily available on the resale
books will present a problem for you later on should you
also decide to sell.
Some of the most common forms of properties available at
Playa Flamenca are duplexes. These types of properties
are very affordable and are commonly purchased by people
either with lower budgets or second home buyers. This
does not mean that they are poor quality. Far from it,
duplex houses can be very comfortable and made into a
lovely home on the Costa Blanca.
With two houses built together duplexes do not offer you
complete privacy though do give you a little outside
floor space, something you do not get when you purchase
an apartment. You will generally have a small front
patio that is large enough to accommodate a small table
and chairs so you can take advantage of the morning or
afternoon sunshine depending on your geographic
location.
Spain's `Glorious' Stock Market May Lag Behind Rest of Europe
Jan. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Spanish stocks, the best performers among 18 Western European markets in the past year, may be a victim of their own success. Spain's equities have benefited from faster economic growth than Europe overall, record low borrowing costs and a surge in takeovers. The IBEX 35 Index gained 31 percent in the past 12 months. Metrovacesa SA, Spain's biggest property developer, and Sacyr Vallehermoso SA, its fifth-largest construction company, led the gains. Now share prices are more expensive than those on the rest of the continent, a turnabout from the beginning of Spain's rally four years ago. Spanish shares will lag behind regional peers this year, according to Juan Mesa of Credit Agricole Private Bank and strategist Karen Olney at Merrill Lynch & Co.
