Playa Flamenca Villa For Sale
You will have a small
front first floor terrace from the bedroom though these
are normally not large enough for tables and chairs. In
the rear you will have the back patio where you can have
barbecue and sunbathe and maybe plant some small plants.
You do not normally have a car parking space so street
parking is a must unless you wanted to rent out a secure
parking place from one of the apartment owners at Playa
Flamenca. These would normally cost you around 4,000
euros per annum.
Your Playa Flamenca duplex would normally be on a
complex with shared pool and gardens. The payment for
this is from your administration fees which is normally
charged annually or bi-annually. The cost of lighting,
maintenance and sometimes security of the complex is
also covered by your administration fees. You will need
to make checks on the annual cost of these before you
commit to a property because they can differ from
urbanization to urbanization.
Duplexes are very common choices for home buyers at
Playa Flamenca generally due to the lower cost. They
make ideal first homes for people attracted to the Playa
Flemanca area and have a lower budget.
Lord faces lawsuit over developement protest
When plans were unveiled for a controversial golf course development in a UNESCO protected area in Andalusia in southern Spain last year local residents came out in force to protest. They signed petitions, organised demonstrations and gave their views to the local press. Chief among them was Lord Kilmarnock, the writer Alistair Boyd, who has now found himself at the centre of a lawsuit by developers demanding 22 million euros in damages after investors pulled out of the project following the campaign. Lord Kilmarnock, who is the step-father of Martin Amis, is one of three expats being sued by the consortium behind the double golf course scheme that includes the construction of 800 houses and three luxury hotels on the outskirts of the Sierra de las Nieves national park, near Ronda.
